Hello! My name is Jacob and I am a picture book illustrator and character designer in the animation industry! I am a 2020 graduate where I received my BFA from Ball State University. My work is inspired by my love for drawing animals, characters who are a bit shy like myself, and the adventures I wish I could go on, like swashbuckling with pirates!
My previous experience includes freelance character design for several smaller studios and freelance illustration. I was also the art director for Ball State University’s 2020 Senior class short film.
I am currently looking for freelance illustration work as well as character design work for both in-house and freelance opportunities. I am also seeking representation at this time!
